- 2 tbsp chopped Ceremonial Cacao
- a cup full of your favourite plant-based milk (I love Pureharvest Almond & Coconut milk - it has no additives and is delicious)
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
Heat your milk on the stovetop, until it comes to a light simmer. Add your cacao and sweetener if desired (coconut sugar is a beautiful addition), turn off the heat, and whisk to combine.
I like to make my cacao this way ~ its easy, and 'slower' than the blending method. While chopping, heating and whisking, I like to take a moment to slow down, set intentions and enjoy making something beautiful & nourishing for myself. I hope you can too!
