Ceremonial Cacao

I was expecting to receive it in powder form. I am finding it hard to shave the block in order to add it to my milk. Maybe I should be doing it differently.

This cacao is very special. I’ve tried many brands and varieties of cacao over the years. Typically, I’ve found Peruvian cacao a bit too fruity for my liking but when I read that these cacao beans are stone ground in Tassie I felt instantly drawn and compelled to place an order. I'm so glad I did because this is a rich, smooth and deeply satisfying cacao that I am totally loving.
