This has to be one of my absolute favourite Ceremonial Cacao recipes - it is rich, sweet, thick and creamy, and has a beautiful caramel flavour due to the medjool date!
- 20 grams (2 heaped tablespoons) chopped Ceremonial Cacao
- 200ml plant based milk (I love Pureharvest coconut & almond milk)
- 1 pitted medjool date
- a pinch of salt (use Himalayan or Celtic sea salt for added minerals!)
Heat milk on the stovetop, and then add all ingredients into a blender. Whizz to combine for a few seconds. If needed, re-heat again on stovetop.
Pour into your favourite mug ~ sit back, set your intention for the day & enjoy!
