Healthy Chocolate brownie recipe!

Black Bean brownie 🤎 
A deliciously hearty, rich and chocolatey recipe. A healthy brownie option, that tastes totally decedent ~ I would never have expected a cake made from mostly beans to be this amazing! ✨


Ingredients:
• 2 cans black beans
• 1 cup coconut sugar
• 2 eggs (or flax eggs for vegan)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 6-8 tbsp chopped ceremonial cacao
• 2 tbsp cacao powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda
• 6 tbsp coconut oil (or olive oil)

Method:
Melt coconut oil & ceremonial cacao, add all ingredients to a blender & wizz until smooth. Cook for 45 mins @ 180 degrees Celsius.
Cashew cream topping:
• 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight (or in hot water for a couple of hours)
• 2–3 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp coconut sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Wash cashews & blend all ingredients until smooth.
