Chunks of lightly roasted almonds and sweet, soft fig make this bar a heavenly, scrumptious & indulgent experience.
We took this roast a little further for the cacao beans and also caramalised part of the coconut sugar which gave this batch of chocolate a beautiful rich flavour and caramel taste. The addition of fig and almond to the chocolate base we made was spontaneous - but we couldn't think of a better flavour to add to this delicious chocolate.
