Wakame chocolate. It is not what you may expect in a seaweed infused bar of chocolate; this bar is full of surprises! Sepp and I have thoroughly enjoyed analysing the flavours of our Wakame Seaweed bar. It is nutty & smooth with hints of citrus, very fruity and the sweetness of the Solomon Islands cacao is enhanced by the subtle salty taste throughout the chocolate. Tempered with small pieces of sustainability sourced & wild harvested Wakame from here on the Tasman peninsula, Tasmania. These Wakame pieces bring a little extra saltiness, and when chewed on give the familiar & light taste of nori. Yum!
